Every JointBrex order, regardless of package size, is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee counted from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of your purchase price within that window.

The fair-trial condition

The manufacturer's guarantee terms ask that you actually try the product for at least 30 days of use before requesting a refund. This mirrors how the ingredients behave: they build gradually. Requests inside the 60-day window that meet this fair trial are honored without argument.

How to request a refund

Email support@jointbrexofficial.com or call (717) 553-0184 within 60 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the name on the order. Our team replies with one short set of instructions and confirms whether anything needs to be shipped back for your particular order. Once processed, the refund is issued to your original payment method; most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered

Requests made more than 60 days after purchase, orders bought anywhere other than this website, and any shipping fees paid at checkout, where applicable. We cannot refund marketplace purchases because we did not sell them.
